IN NO EVENT SHALL THE BREACH TRAIL'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE BREACH TRAIL IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Termination
